SERVICE FOR CROWN PRODUCTS

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
International service is provided by our distributors. Use the link provided to locate an authorized Crown International Service Center.

DOMESTIC / SERVICE WITHIN U.S.A.
Service within the U.S.A. is available by Crown Authorized Service Centers or Crown Factory Service.

Model Exceptions — Please note the following model exceptions for service within the U.S.A.

1. CE4, CH4, CL4, and UT4040 amplifier models are only being serviced by Crown Factory Service.  Please follow instructions below for Crown Factory Service – U.S.A. only.
2. CSL, CT, PT, and PB amplifier models are only being serviced by our Crown Authorized Service Centers and AE Techron. These legacy models are not being serviced by Crown Factory Service.

Crown Authorized Service Centers
Crown has local Authorized Service Centers that may service your product.  Crown Service Centers are independent businesses that set their own rates and schedule.

Crown Factory Service
Service units being sent to Crown Factory Service require Return Authorizations.   Please follow instructions below.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FOR CROWN FACTORY SERVICE (U.S.A. ONLY)
This system is strictly for factory service units only.
This return authorization system cannot be used for credit returns or exchanges.

Instructions for Crown Factory Service
Service Return Authorizations are required for product being returned to Crown Factory Service. Prior to completing the Service Return Authorization, please check the product listing below to make sure your model is listed. Some models listed may not be repairable due to parts availability.

If your model is listed, you may begin completing the SRA after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Factory Service. By completing the SRA, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

If your model is not listed above, you may contact Crown Customer Service to verify if your product is serviceable. Please provide model and serial number when calling. If we find that we can service your unit, you will receive further instructions.
